Good News: Following-to-Join Refugee Beneficiary Processing Resumes
We are pleased to announce that the Department of State has resumed processing applications for Following-to-Join beneficiaries. This follows the preliminary injunction in Pacito v. Trump, allowing relatives of refugees already in the U.S. to continue their applications.
Those whose appointments were canceled will be contacted to reschedule. Processing will also continue for those who have already completed interviews. Remember, a sponsor is required to cover the costs of medical exams and travel to the United States for all applicants wishing to proceed.
